根计划 有朋在晚饭后跑出厨房，指责众人在饭前吃下太多零食，引致剩下的饭菜过多，连雪柜也放不下。但众人却爱理不理，妙喜更提议将吃剩的食物，当礼物送给苏根，最终害得苏根苦不堪言。翌日，当高庆在药房吃午饭时，竟突然发起“罢吃罐头食物”的行动，妙喜无奈下，下令要苏根到外为众人购买饭盒。可是苏根在买饭盒途中，竟突然感到肚痛，唯有赶回家如厕。妙喜眼见苏根的“一去不返”，立即致电催促苏根回来；苏根情急智生，竟将有朋所给的饭菜“借尸还魂”当饭盒送给众人吃，毫不知情的众人竟对饭盒大表赞赏。苏根见机不可失，讹称饭盒由“名人私房菜”买来，还要妙喜增添伙食费。苏根见奇货可居，想尽办法令众人吃不下晚饭，好让他可“接收冷饭菜汁”。而苏根将骗回来的金钱，购买自己的心头好，不过却因此惹起苏花的疑心。苏花立即串同有朋一家，合演了一场“家变”的闹剧……
