因长时间没还钱又找不到高洋，卓越、许逊、乔乔被老蒋找来的北京公安抓走了……高洋他们无奈只能找欺行霸市的彩电倒卖黑帮进货，却意外碰见李白玲和捞仔也在那，方言误解李白玲在里面倒鬼，对李白玲恶言相向，两帮人剑拔弩张，李白玲有口难辩。高洋在李白玲的帮助下提完彩电回旅馆才发现先前回来的方言已被老蒋带来的公安抓走，急忙回广州想办法救人。金燕对李白玲出言不逊，高洋为维护李白玲打了金燕，金燕歇斯底里的把气发在李白玲身上。方言在拘留所里见到许逊，许逊把拘留所里新认识的做石头的朋友阿东介绍给他认识。高洋为了救方言他们，带着金燕去找老蒋谈判打算以货换人。
