鱼在藻试图向公司提议做清代宫廷女性服饰，却意外被袁迦莹抢先。在汪希宁的引荐下， 袁迦莹找到手艺精湛的上海旗袍老师傅，并从旗装到旗袍的演变做出一系列完美的安排。博 物馆内，陶唐和袁迦莹产生观念冲突，陶唐发现展馆的展品并非只有清代服饰，他提议做成 明清服饰特辑，让观众更加全面地了解中华女性服饰，而袁迦莹认为清朝后妃的袍服最为大 众所熟知，也更利于海外的发行，二人意见难以统一。另一边 B 组的拍摄现场，旗袍师傅刘师傅不善言辞，拍摄一度陷入僵局。没能从他身上挖掘出有价值的故事，鱼在藻第一次陷入难关。袁迦莹为保证点击率，制定拍摄计划，预备虚构一个具有戏剧性的故事来制造看点，被鱼在藻断然否决。鱼在藻拒绝拍摄后，袁迦莹独 挑大梁，同时承担两组拍摄指挥。可是刘师傅不愿意按照袁迦莹的脚本讲述编造的故事，一 时间袁迦莹骑虎难下。
