高秉烛在山间一处破庙里找到王登成、昏迷的高母和被绑缚手脚的思月，王登成劝高秉烛加入春秋道无果，举刀逼迫高秉烛在高母和思月之间做选择。此时疯傻的高母突然清醒，原来她为了不成为高秉烛的负担一直装疯留在不良井，为不让高秉烛为难，高母自杀身亡，只留下让他找到妹妹阿昙的遗言。这时，裴谏带人出现，思月获救，王登成被捕。 高秉烛被私放后消失不见，思月苦心寻找，甚至出言对抗武攸决。 在外修道的柳适回神都，刚到百里府却得知柳然离家出走了，认为女儿定是受了委屈，劝百里弘毅请回柳然。 实际上柳然躲在留白楼，还找到思月诉苦。思月劝慰柳然后离开。
