NGO-TIN makes up his mind to go and deal with TOJO and SIU-SHAN, and SIU-HONG wants to accompany NGO-TIN to go there, but NGO-TIN refuses. Bringing along the film and the list of the guerrillas, SIU-SHAN pays a visit to TOJO, who is very satisfied with this without knowing that someone suddenly appears and changes the whole situation. MEI-KAM is devastated over the loss of SIU-SHAN, so NGO-TIN hands her a gun, letting her kill him to avenge her late husband. Later on, NGO-TIN plans to leave Shanghai, ahead of which he gives the title deeds of all his properties in Shanghai to SIU-HONG, authorizing him to take responsibility and have full charge. Apart from that, he even asks HON-LAM and the others to assist SIU-HONG.
