KOO claims that the real warehouse owner is KWAN CHEONG. CHEONG provides evidence of ownership and chases SAM for compensation. CHEONG loves to collect LUNG’s belongings. SING draws a painting in the name of LUNG and earns a great sum of money by selling it to CHEONG. He uses the money to purchase Man Fa House and becomes the new owner.
