Cho-Kwan falls in her business and loses a great sum of money. Finding no other ways, she turns to her father for help who instead. teaches her a lesson. Terribly hurt, she leaves with tear. Again with encouragement from Kin. Cho-Kwan turns over n new leaf. She changes her past playful attitude and begins to look for a new job. Wai-Kong returns from business. He suspects that Ka-Man and Hong are having an affair and in probing her. he infuriates Ka-Man. Cho-Kwan finds a job in a publication house. She can't get rid of her rich girl's temperament at first but with Kin’s help, she is able to discard most of her bad habit and work hard for the future. Lee Wah finally recognizes Honq has no love for her. She is very disappointed and decides to leave Sau-Wan’s place. Kin feels and about her leaving. Wai-Kong tries to stop Ka-Man from seeing Hong……
