BEN chooses to take self-defense for the case and succeeds in turning back the downside situation by distracting the attention of judiciaries on moral ethics instead of the charge. On the press conference for a jewelry auction, the director of Ming Shek Jewelry Shop, HANGG PAK TO queries about the jewelers history of Ting Fung Goldsmith; which forces BEN to withdraw from the auction.
