LUNG decides to burns all bad rice in lest it will ruin the reputation of the wine factory. SAN goes to see HING. HING pretends that he appreciates SAN’s guts and sells him rice with discount price. SAN is glad. YIU passes by a pavilion but was warned to take another way. YIU finds it very unreasonable and tries to negotiate. She is shocked to see a guy, CHEUNG SUN SHAN, who looks very similar to KOU. HING works for SHAN. He proposes LUNG an unfair deal. LUNG refuses. SHUNG demands to leave the wine factory so as to avoid suspicion. However, LUNG trusts SHUNG. LUNG wants to reconcile with HING. However, HING demands LUNG to bow to him.
