For 20 years, ?an Han works in a hospital, but manages to raise all her children. Because Kin is the oldest, he quits school to help the family but puts his hopes on the brothers and sister. Siu Ling fails in her university entrance examinations and decides not to try again. She starts to work for a bank to help alleviate the financial burden of Kin.
