KAI TAI expresses his true love for MAN JING. But JING has been so determined that he finally agrees to divorce with her: As HENRY appreciates WAI YIN's capability, he decides to delegate her to be responsible for the promotion project of Lee Tung. On the other hand, as HENRY cannot tolerate LAP VAN's poor job performance, he dismisses YAN. WAI YIN feels sympathetic for LAP VAN's situation.
