KAI-YUEN tries to commit suicide. He is being rescued but he loses consciousness. YEE-HANG is overjoyed that he has eliminated KAI-YUEN. CHIT-HANG has contributed a lot and YEE-HANG invites him to work at his company. CHEUK-CHI discovers about KA-LEI and KAI-YUEN's affair from the news. YEE-HANG reveals to her that KA-LEI had committed adultery. CHIT-HANG discovers that LAP-FUN is still very upset for not being able to sue KAI-YUEN long time ago. LAU MIU learns about it as well and she informs CHIT-HANG. CHIT-HANG forces CHIT-MING to return the money to MEI-CHING.
