Under CHAN HANG's instruction over the phone, KAN KIT successfully records the music "Lofty Mountain and Running Water" that she herself played and burns it into a disc. HAK-KAN enters a joint venture with Mr. KAM to develop the Dream Villa project, and he lets SHING-HONG handle the interior design and decoration for a total of twenty thousand units, adding that Director WAN is going to provide all the electrical appliances.
