He manages the Wan Chai area. However, he dare to fight with Hunan Gang in Kowloon for protecting his own interest. CHUNG lets HING escape away for the sake of saving TAI. HING hides himself in Macau. This, he could not lead the robbery aiming at a jewelry shop. He asks CHOW KA CHEUNG to represent him. CHEUNG is also a cop as well as a good friend to CHEUNG.
