They meet with Christopher, who learns Marcella wants the cake to dazzle with her favorite color, burgundy red, and explode with flowers galore. Ayman and Entesar are an engaged couple who want to show their family and friends how happy they are to have found each other. They reveal to Marianne at White Flower Cake Shoppe in Ohio that their engagement party will be in a trendy club's Moroccan room, so they want a cake that compliments the room's decor. Erin comes into Gateaux Inc. to discuss a very unusual groom's cake. It seems that Erin would like to incorporate her nickname into a cake. However, her husband's 'term of endearment' for her just happens to be 'possum'.
