CHOU YUE follows LEUNG and SHUN to Jiangxia to have a look at how BEI’s government has been running, during which he discovers that the vast majority of the citizens there have never heard of his name while showing deep admiration for LEUNG. CHOU YUE’s wife SIU KIU goes to Jiangxia to help distribute food to the needy families. SHUN praises KIU for her beauty, and the compliment has come as a great thrill to CHOU YUE.
