Історія юної Анастасії, яка потрапила в в гарем до Ахмеда I в Греції, з самого початку вона сподобалася султанові, за що і отримала ім'я Кесем, тобто найулюбленіша. Найважливіший відрізок в їх житті в 14 років, вони прожили разом і виховали 13 дітей, з них 3 сина. Кесем завжди відрізнялася від інших жінок, її розум, краса і проникність, просто вражали. Далі послідувала смерть султана і переворот, який затіяли яничари, усунувши всіх родичів Ахмеда. На той час, Кесем віддала дочок за впливових грецьких пашів, тим самим забезпечивши собі непогану армію союзників. Кесем увійшла в історію як одна з найвпливовіших жінок сходу, яких не так вже й багато.
