12 O´Clock Boys är en grupp ungdomar som varje söndag genomför dödsföraktande höghastighetsstunts på motocrosscyklar och fyrhjulingar på Westside Baltimores gator. Förortshuliganer för vissa och YouTube-hjältar för andra. Till den senare kategorin hör Pug, en ung pojke som bor i området tillsammans med sin karismatiska mamma Coco, sin familj och sina många älskade husdjur. Han drömmer om att bli veterinär men ägnar all vaken tid åt att förbereda sig för att en dag få rida jämte sina notoriska idoler, till sin mammas förtvivlan.
