LAI sees that her change could not win back YAN. She and BO thus devise to match SEE with the new shoe-shop owner LEE TANG TIN. YAN knows that TIN is keen on courting SEE. YAN feels very distasteful. Unexpectedly, TIN expresses that he aims on WAH instead. WAH refuses TIN. TIN increases the rent tremendously in revenge.
