Meanwhile, KAI-CHUNG receives a telegram from CHING-WING, who has set out to handle the matter personally in Foshan. The casino hounds TO YUNG for his gambling debts, adding that YUK-KAM will be sold to Sandakan should he not be able to pay off the debts. NGAI CHUN receives a letter from Commander CHAN, who asks NGAI CHUN to get possession of the condensed bungarotoxin hidden by SHUNG-MING.
