六本木『CLUB SOUTHERN SEA』のNo.1キャバクラ嬢・天王寺美咲は、玉造校長の強い勧めもあり、中高一貫校の御堂学園高等学校の教師に就任する。就任初日、校長から2年Z組の担任を任されるが、いろいろと問題を抱えた状態で不登校になっている生徒が集められた特別クラスだった。どんな生徒でも見捨てずに卒業させたいと考える校長派と、問題のある生徒は退学もやむなしと考える教頭派との折衷案として、2年Z組として生徒が集められた。そんな事情を就任歓迎会のときに知った美咲は、自らの幼い頃の思いやキャバクラ嬢での経験を生かし、生徒たちを立ち直らせようと奮起する。
