アラド暦981年・アラド大陸。呪いの光が、大陸全土に降り注いだ・・・その呪いの光は、体を“鬼”へと変貌させていくものだった。それを人々は“カザンの呪い”と呼んだ・・・主人公のバロンはその呪いにかかってしまい、片腕が鬼化してしまう。日に日に進行していく“鬼化”のせいで村人達からは忌み嫌われ、村を追われた・・・追われたその先で偶然見つけた剣と、それに憑いている霊の“ロクシー”と共に、鍛錬を重ね成長したバロンは旅にでる。“鬼の呪いを解く方法を探す旅に”・・・・・・・・・旅を始めて間もなく、ガンナーのカペンシス、格闘家のリュンメイ、メイジ(魔法使い)のイクシアが仲間に加わり、パーティーを結成する。道中色々な人達に出会い、自分たちを成長させつつ、ボケや突っ込みにもさらに磨きをかけ、笑いあり、感動ありの“アドベンチャーギャグストーリー”
