Serial komedi penuh inspirasi Bahar (disapa “Kang Bahar”) yang sebenarnya hanya “preman kecil”, tetapi wilayahnya cukup luas, selain menjadi pelindung (“backing”) para pedagang kaki lima, juga menguasai sebuah pasar (Pasar Palasari) dan terminal bus (Terminal Cicaheum) di Kota Bandung. Kisah yang akan dituturkan dalam serial ini bukanlah perjalanan hidupnya sejak awal, meskipun dalam beberapa dialog terceritakan juga, melainkan kisah di masa tuanya ketika dia memutuskan untuk pensiun.
