Roberto continues to investigate and learns from the caretaker of the villa that Liverani did not have a license: if he was not the one who drove Germana's car, the hypothesis of the presence of a third man and of the staging to frame Mauro becomes certain. In the meantime Giulia, Luca and Anna deal with the kidnapping of twenty-year-old Gabriele Mattei. Following the payment of the ransom by the parents and the release of the boy, Commissioner Corsi will discover that the organizer was an employee of Mr. Mattei in cahoots with his son, eager to get his hands on the parents' money.
