Razia begs Mirza to listen to her story. Mirza orders Shah Turkan and Rukn-ud-din to be thrown into the dungeon. Mirza orders Razia to be taken to Bhatinda as a punishment. He promises her to kill Yaqut. Shamshad Begum opposes Mirza and joins Razia with her punishment. Razia is hurt with Mirza's treatment. She declares that she has betrayed Mirza, to prevent Shamshad Begum from begging for mercy from Mirza.
